Asheville’s Largest Market for the Old, the Bold, the Creative and Unexpected is in its 11th season of gathering of quality curators of antiques, craft, vintage decor, objects, art, jewelry, and home furnishings.
Pricing for AB Tech:

10×15 space – $105 each
This event is in a parking lot and you can drive your vehicle to your space to unload and to load out. You can bring a 10×10 tent for your space or a 4×8 tent or an umbrella for a Table space.
Pricing for Antique, Art & Vintage Show:

$105 for 2 parking spaces or a larger than 10×10 sidewalk space
Pricing for Summer Extravaganza & Holiday Market:
- 10×10 Endcap space is $235
- 10×10 Space is $205
- 6×6 space is $160
- 6′ Table space is $135 (table included)
- Tent frames are allowed to be used indoors, but NO canopy.
- Electricity is available to use in most of the 10×10 spaces.
All items will have to be walked/carted in.
Set-up will be Friday, July 4th & Friday, December 5th and we’ll have porters available to help for tips.
Uncommon Market is a curated event. Your rental fee is due at the time of application. If your merchandise does not fit in our market guidelines we will issue you a refund.
If you plan on sharing a space both vendors must submit an application together.
Refund policy:
We DO NOT issue refunds. If you are unable to make the market you signed up for and give us 7 days notice via email we will gladly roll your payment to the next show you can do in 2025. No shows and last minute cancellations result in forfeit of entire payment.
Weather Policy:
This is a rain or shine market. If we deem it necessary to cancel the market due to extreme weather you will be notified by 6pm on Saturday (Friday for the Hendersonville show and Summer Extravaganza) via email and FB/Instagram posts. If we do cancel because of weather your rent will roll over to the next month you are available to do the market in the 2025 season. No shows and last minute cancellations result in forfeit of entire payment.
